Pricing & Plans
What is included in the Self-Service Tracking plan?
Self-Service Tracking includes License tracking across all states, Expiration tracking, Expiration alerts, CEU tracking and alerts, Receipt and expense tracking, Renewal reminders, Board of Nursing reference directory, Client portal and document storage, Self-service portal. The plan is $35 per month.
What's the difference between Limited Service and Full Service?
Limited Service ($350 per month) provides document submission, board follow-up, status tracking, and live support while you complete applications and background checks. With Full Service ($275 per license application for APRNs; custom quote for other healthcare professionals), our team completes applications and background checks and provides end-to-end submission and follow-up. For NP applications, $100 per license is added for each RN license submitted in a non-compact state. Full Service may also require Discipline / Board Action Review or Foreign Education Review, each $250 per review, when the corresponding condition is reported.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Subscriptions may be canceled by email or in the client portal with no notice period. Service continues through the end of the paid month and then stops. Pause, upgrade, and downgrade billing effects remain separately documented as request types only. Recurring catalog plans selected in GuidedCheckout may continue to Stripe Checkout after Turnstile verification.
The Process
How long does the licensing process typically take?
No licensing-authority timeframe or numeric preparation target is promised. Timing varies by authority and application circumstances. For eligible Full Service and state-based services, Priority Processing ($150 per license or service) or Rush Processing ($250 per license or service) may be selected for Convenient Licensing’s internal preparation after all required information and documents are received.
Licensing
Which healthcare professionals can use Convenient Licensing?
